We want you to love every piece you purchase from Barak Fashions. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below to understand how to make a return or exchange.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unwashed.
In its original condition with all tags still attached.
Free of any stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that for hygiene and finality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked as "Final Sale."
Gift cards.
Bodysuits
Swimwear
Accessories
Perishable goods
Custom products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Personal care goods

Barak Fashions reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Making a return is simple. Please follow these steps:

Contact Us First: Please email our customer support team at {email} with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Let us know the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions. Please do not send items back without receiving an RA number first.
Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Please include your name and order number inside the package for easy identification.
Ship It Back: Send the package to the address provided by our support team.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at david.cruze@gmail.com.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, the easiest way to ensure you get the item you want is to place a new order for it and return the original item for a full refund. This way, you don't have to worry about the item going out of stock while your return is in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in inspecting our products before they ship. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at david.cruze@gmail.com when you received your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
